Job Overview:
As Administrative Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients.
Your primary focus will be on providing excellent front-end support, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound phone calls, schedule appointments, meetings, and support visitors (extensive daily communication with Parshall clients from initial phone call through job completion; addressing questions and/or concerns) Scheduling for sales and production teams Provide administrative support to the leadership team to ensure efficient office operations Sending out electronic job notifications and customer communications (daily, weekly, monthly) Respond to web inquiries and any other inquires as received Execute administrative tasks such as:
filing, copying, uploading documents Keeping shared drives updated and organized Organization and implementation of company projects and events Office equipment maintenance (including preventative) Evaluating new equipment and techniques Maintain supplies inventory as well as ordering Proofing/Editing documents Additional duties will be assigned as the job description expands and the position develop
Qualifications:
Proven experience in front-end customer support or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Google business suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Minimum
Qualifications:

years of administrative experience Superior customer service skills and professionalism are a top priority for this position Stellar organization, leadership and multi-tasking are a must Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (professional tone at all times) Ability to address customer concerns and feedback, both positive and negative.
Ability to perform under time constraints with good problem solving skills.
Scheduling experience a plus This is a full-time position with standard business hours of 8am-5pm.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
